Design, implementation and continual improvement of automated mailing selection tools with integrity checks and validations for dozens of different mailing types, including extensive reporting and online-dedplucation of customer data; validation of mailing success measurements, analysis of the cumulative effect of about a dozen different marketing actions; Research and development of a model to predict mailing response on customer level; many complex troubleshooting and ETL tasks, and cleaning up legacy data (e.g. 350 manually created Excel files which contained the results of previously conducted mailings...)
